The Tantric Remote Control

This one is fun!  I am very impressed with the range that the remote control has.  It makes for some fun foreplay.  I was actually able to use the remote through walls and I was able to go as far as 20 feet with an unobstructed path.

The tantric remote control was provided to me free of charge in exchange for an honest review.  This is part of the California Exotics Novelties Sexpert program.  This is in accordance with FTC guidelines.


The trantric remote control system consists of the remote control that fits easily into the palm of your hand.  It has scroll work and a purple background color.  The raised heart shape is the push button that controls the vibrations of the bean portion.

The  bean shaped piece that fits nicely into the females underwear is made of a plastic that has a velvety feel  to it.  It has no drag to it and glides across your skin nicely.  It has a curve to it so that it snuggles up to your external labia and clitoris area.  But, it  doesn't have any projections or bumps for the clitoris. It is completely smooth.
Both the remote and bean shaped portion are made from an ABS plastic that is non porous, latex and phthaltes free.  There is no smells or tastes associate with the system.

The remote control is 2  1/2 inches by  1  1/4 inches and has a thickness of   3/4  inch.   It runs on one  12 V battery that is included with the tantric.

The bean shaped piece is 3  1/4 inches by  2  inches.  It has a total thickness of  1 inch.  It is thick.  It holds 2 AAA batteries for power.  The battery cover slides off to insert the batteries.  There is not any waterproofing to this toy and the shape doesn't lend to insertion.  It is not meant to go there.


The tantric remote set has a total of 10 vibration settings.  To turn it on  you press and hold the heart shaped button for 2 to 3 seconds, you turn it off in the same manner.   It has a high, medium and low vibration, there are fast pulsations, slower pulsations, fast throbs and very fast throbs.  There are long slow pulses an escalation of pulsations and a chaotic mix of pulses and throbs.  I would say on the highest settings the vibrations could rate a 2  out of 5.  It is very quiet and couldn't be heard over the sheets or through a pair of underwear and pants.

You can easily wear this one in public and have your lover  10 feet away controling the vibrations.  To clean the bean shape you can use a wet wash cloth with antibacterial soaps and water, toy sprays or wipes.  Be careful as it is not waterproofed.  You can use any type of lubes with the ABS plastic.

The packaging is not discreet, it shows the toy through the clear plastic and I has product information all over the package.  The toy itself is  discreet because it doesn't look like a sex toy at all.

For someone interested in a couples toy who doesn't want to put out a lot of cash, this is a fair option. It would be more for a beginner couple beginning  their journey of using sex toys.  I found that the bean was a little thicker than what I would want to wear for any extended period of time.  It was comfortable enough, just too thick.  I was very impressed with the range in which the remote works and the vibrations are weak for me, it may be better suited to a female who has a sensitive clitoris.

Nick Hawk Gigolo At Your Service Blow Up Doll

This is fun! No, I have no intention of using him sexually.  He just isn't made for me to use him in that way.  His member has some seams on it and I don't see that as being very comfortable.

The Nick Hawk blow up doll was provided to me free of charge in exchange for an honest review  as part of the Sexperts Program from California Exotics Novelties. This is in accordance with FTC guidelines.

The doll is made from PVC plastic and he smells like a beach ball when I initially took him out of the box.  The PVC is non porous, hypoallergenic, latex and phthalates free.  The doll does have a anal passage that is sealed over when he arrives.  I am going to leave it sealed.  It could be used for anal penetration.

The doll has an 8 1/2 inch penis with an approximate girth of 1 1/2 inches.  He has a pronounced head to his penis and it has seams present around the head and seams that run up the top and underside of the shaft.  There is tattooing present onto the shaft.

The blow up doll also has tattooing present at the waist line, on the left shoulder, arm and upper back.  The tattoos are somewhat similar to those that Nick Hawk has.  The doll also has airbrushed abs and his entire head is a photo of Nick Hawk.

The blow up doll is a total of approximately 5 foot 5 inches tall. He is about a woman's size 4 to 6 when I tried clothes on him.  He blows up with a single blow up  port to his mid back area.  He takes about a half hour to blow up.

His hands and feet are just the cut out shapes, there are no fingers or details.  There are pronounced knees and elbows.
The blow up doll can be cleaned up with a wash cloth with soap and water if he gets dirty.  Just leave him out to hang dry.

The air can be released and you can fold him up and place him back in the box that he came in when you are finished with him.

The box that the blow up doll comes in is not discreet, there is a picture of Nick Hawk on all of the surfaces of the box and there is product information on the back.  On the front of the box  the writing is bold with the Nick Hawk gigolo logo and, At your service blow up doll printed on it.

I would never use this for sexual purposes because  it isn't made well enough for it and when you blow the doll up the penis is not firm enough.

I think the blow up doll is fun and I am certainly getting a rise out of my family with it.  I have dressed it up and it scares the hell out of my dog.  It was great fun when the cable guy was going to go into my bedroom and I had to ask him to wait while I threw the doll in my glass encased shower.  Of course, later in the evening, the dog saw the doll and was barking and growling.  I can see this one being a fun novelty for a bachelorette party or any party for that matter.

Silicone Jack Rabbit Jr. from California Exotics Novelties

It's a baby Bunny!  It may not be that big but, I am impressed with the power of this one!   It fits me perfectly.  Honestly, when I first opened the box I thought "great, a pink rabbit"  I mean that sarcastically.  I was not all that impressed with my first look.  Then I put in the batteries,  we will talk about the sound later.  But when I put a little water based lube on it and inserted it.  WOW, and I did say "wow"  it really performs as well as some of my higher end rechargeable toys.  I did experience some intense and powerful orgasms with this one and it did not take me long to do so.

The jack rabbit does not look like silicone but it is.  It has actually been flame tested and it passed.  The silicone is soft and satiny  but it  does have quite a bit of drag to it that is cured with a small amount of waterbased lube.

 The silicone is very thin over the pearls and you can see them moving around.  The tip portion is somewhat curved and it  cups your g-spot with use.  I like to use this one in more of a rocking motion more so than a thrusting motion.    The tip portion is flexible to the pearl area.  There is the bulbous tip with two ridges present before you get to the pearls in the shaft.  On the underside there are two slight ridges present that run towards the controls.  The clitoral attachment really does look like a rabbit.  The clitoral arm is flexible and there are two small projectiles for antennae to tickle you.

The jack rabbit is made from ABS plastic and silicone that  is hypoallergenic, non porous, latex and phthalates free. It does collect some lint and hair but it doesn't have any tastes or smells associated with it.
The Jack rabbit Jr. has a total length of 9 1/2  inches with 4 1/2 inches insertable.  It's greatest girth at the beads is 1 1/3  inches.  The plastic base area which holds the controls takes up  approximately 5  inches.  The clitoral arm is approximately 1 1/4 inches long

The rabbit runs of 4 AAA batteries that are not included.  You screw off the cap and there is a waterproof O ring present.  When putting the cap back on there are two projectiles that have to be lined up in order to screw the cap back on.  I do believe that this is to help with tightening the cap to ensure waterproofing.
To turn the the rabbit on you press the larger top button once, this activates the clitoral attachment and the rotating shaft.  A second click of this button  turns off the clitoral arm and a third click leaves only the clitoral arm on.   To turn the rabbit off you press and hold this button. The up and down button on the right side control the head rotations.  The up and down buttons on the left side control the pearl rotations.

Between the on button and the up and down buttons there is a button with a heartbeat symbol.  This button controls the patterns.  You can reverse the directional movement of the pearls and then it goes on to 5 more patterns that can be individualized with the clitoral arm on or off and the tip rotating if you choose.  There are many, many possibilities with this toy.



The only real drawback to this toy is the noise that it makes.  It sounded like a popcorn popper to me but my husband says it sounds like ball bearings that are going out.  The sound can be heard over the covers and most likely through the closed door.  I am home alone enough that this isn't an issue for me.  It isn't dorm room friendly or roommate friendly.




The rabbit is easy to care for you can wash it up with antibacterial soaps and water, toy sprays or wipes.  The ridges that are present really don't pose any issues with cleaning.  It does have a slight seam where the plastic meets the  silicone but that is so far back from the clitoral arm that it doesn't pose an issue with collecting secretions.  This one may have storage issues.  It is not discreet, you can tell this is a rabbit sex toy.  The pink color really doesn't help either.  It fits nicely into a gallon sized baggy to protect it from dust and lint.  You can also store it in it's box.

The packaging is the terrible plastic boxes that I hate.  I cannot tell you how many scratches that I have had from this type of packaging.  It breaks apart with multiple uses and has sharp edges.  You can see the rabbit through the packaging and there is product information included on the box.  There is also an inserted pamphlet with more information.

This one is very impressive.  Don't judge a sex toy by looks it's self.  I actually enjoy using this one in a rocking type of motion.  I did notice that the pearls do decrease in speed when my vaginal wall spasms around the area with orgasms.  I did have many orgasms with this one.  For the price this is a great vibe!  I would suggest it for all who don't have issues with the sound.  I can easily rate this one a 4 out of 5 with the noise being the draw back.

I have to admit that I am a spoiled snob about toys.  But, The Jumping Gyrator power scoop is a winner.  It feels so soft in my hands.  It’s 2 speeds are very powerful, it has the girth that I love.  It can be used for solo play or a foreplay tool.  It also works as a “personal massager”  and it does feel really good on the sore shoulders.  This is a g-spotter with the indentation to cup  your g-spot.

The Gyrator  power scoop is made form a PU cote ABS Plastic.  It is easy to clean up with  antibacterial soaps and water, toy sprays or wipes.  It does have a silver plated ring at the end of the vibrator that is not an issue with cleaning.  It has no smells to it.  It doesn’t really collect any lint or hair.  It feels velvety! The gyrator comes in blue, pink and purple.  The vibrations carry very well throughout the entire shaft.

The Gyrator  power scoop has a line that encircles the shaft and it is raised slightly, it can really be felt with use and it feels good,  the gyrator is very firm.  No flexibility in the shaft.  The indentation for the g-spotting action works great for me.  It hit’s me where it needs to.  The scoop seems to sit on your g-spot and cup it so when you move the vibe in and out it massages the g-spot.  The tip is rounded and I found that it was not “pokey” as some of the tips can be.

The Jumping gyrator power scoop has a total length of  8 inches with  6 ½ inches of it being insertable.  The girth is 1 ¾ inches wide.  I love the girth and the filling sensations.  The raised areas are approximately 1/ 16th to 1/8th of an inch as I mentioned they can be felt with use.



The jumping gyrator power scoop has 2 vibration settings, powerful and more powerful.  I do like the power and this one doesn’t disappoint.  To turn it on you press the end button once, to increase power you hit it a second time and to turn it off you hit the button one last time.  I found that I also liked using this one with the power off.  The power rates a 4 and 5 out of a 5 scale.  It is not that usual to find a battery operated toy with this much oomph!   Now they say that it is quiet but I wouldn’t call this one quiet in my interpretation.  At it’s highest setting is can be heard over the cover’s until you insert it.  Your body does muffle the sound.  I would rate it at a 1.  It can be heard over the covers when not inserted but not through any closed doors.

It runs on 3 AAA batteries.  To access the battery area you turn the lift the end cap.  The cap snaps into place with a rubber O ring present for waterproof ability.  It does pass the bath and shower test.

There really aren’t any special storage requirements with the ABS plastic, you an just throw it in your drawer or toy chest.

It comes from California Exotic Novelties  in a flexible  clear plastic box with product information on the box.  The box is not discreet.

I can definitely say that is not not for someone who has never had a toy before.  You need some experience to know that you like the texture and the girth.  It can look quite intimidating.  It is very filling.

It is not for those who like mild vibrations it does have power.

It's only drawback is the Batteries.

For me, I can definitely rate the Jumping Gyrator Power Scoop a 5 out of 5.  It gives me orgasms and I don't have to work at them.

The Lux Embrace is a hand held clitoral vibe.  You can insert the bunny ears for added stimulation and it’s great for external stimulation of your labia. You can use this one on your nipples and all over , the silicone does glide across your skin.  You can also use this on a man’s scrotal areas well as  your and your lover’s erogenous zones.

It has several ways that you can hold it to use it in different manners. You can use it for some perineal stimulation when holding the handle downwards You can hold it so that the handle points towards the ceiling and the ears are inserted into and the face bump on the curve hits your clitoris.  The Embrace could be used anally with the bunny ears inserted.  The handle will prevent it from going missing.  The silicone is safe to be sterilized.

The Embrace is completely smooth. No textures at all.  It’s silicone area  above the metal band is soft and velvety and it doesn’t collect any lint or hair.  The handle area  below the metal band is made from plastic and PU coated plastic, it too is very soft and velvety.   The silicone  is non porous, hypoallergenic, phthalates and latex free.  These materials are safe to share with partners.  They are easy to clean.  The silicone is firm but flexible in the face and  in the bunny ears .  The handle is solid.  There is no taste or smell to the Embrace.

The Embrace has a handle area that has a total length of approximately 6 ¼  inches, the bunny ears are  1 ¼ inches long and each ear has a diameter of ½ inch. The face area is 1 ½ inch long and has a diameter of 1 ½ inches.  The handle area has a diameter of 1 ½ inches.  It is very easy to hold on to and fits nicely in the palm of my hand.

The Embrace runs on 2 AAA batteries that are inserted in the bottom potion of the toy.  The cap comes off completely.  It is waterproofed with a silicone piece that completely sits over the battery area.  The cal exotics logo is on the cover of the battery compartment.  There are 2 buttons present to control the toy.  The button that is closest to the end of the toy turns it on and off.  The other button with the squiggle marks on it controls the settings.  There is a red light that glows in the  control area when the toy is on.  The light does get dimmer and matches the pulsations when in pulsation mode.

There are 7 settings:

1. Low constant vibration
2.  Medium constant vibrations
3.  High constant vibrations
4.  Escalating low to high vibrations
5.  Pulsating
6. Very fast pulsations
7. Fast and then slow pulsations in a chaotic fashion



The Embrace doesn’t have any memory so when you turn it off it starts at the lowest vibrations setting.     I can say that the vibrations are somewhat buzzy but they lean more towards rumbly.  I am impressed at how quiet this toy is.  It cannot be heard over the covers.  The vibrations are centered more in the bunny face and the ears movement can be felt  with the vibrations.  They do not move strong enough to be seen moving though.

The Embrace is easy to clean up with some antibacterial soap and water, or toy sprays.  It does pass the waterproof test.  It cannot be boiled or placed in the dishwasher due to it’s motor.  It can also be wiped down with at 10% bleach solution for good sterilization. Special attention needs to be paid to the metal band to make sure that the seam gets cleaned well.  It can be stored in the plastic box that it came in or in a toy pouch or I just place it in a plastic baggy to keep it from my other toys.  If you let silicones lay with each other they can ruin each other’s finishes.  Use only water based lube too so that the finish doesn’t get compromised.

Packaging

The Embrace comes in a clear plastic box from cal exotics.  I personally hate these boxes because the seams break apart and they get sharp.  The packaging is nothing special with some product information on it.

I would rate the Lux Embrace a 3 out of 5, it is a good external vibrator with decent vibrations.  It works good for an external clitoral vibrator, Great for beginners and those who aren't power queens.  Power Queens may be disappointed.  It works well as a teaser with foreplay.  When you have someone to help take you over the edge.  It is good for solo play but I found it just didn't give me Orgasms.

This is a rabbit. Yes, I finally have a true rabbit style vibe.  I can remember looking at them years ago and thinking how strange they look.  I never purchased one and then I started to purchase rabbit “style” vibes last year and found that I like the dual stimulation.  You know the ones that don’t look like rabbits but they function as a vaginal and clitoral vibe.  I found out that I liked them so now, I have a true rabbit.

The Couture Collection Utopia is made from a premium soft velvety type of silicone that does collect some lint and hair but not bad.  It has a slight drag to it that is cured with some water based lube.  The silicone shaft is somewhat flexible, especially the further down the shaft you go towards the end.  The silicone is medical grade, non porous, latex and phthalates free. There is no smell or taste to the Utopia.  It does have some slight grooves in the silicone running down the shaft but I am unable to feel the grooves with use.

The Utopia has a total length of 10 ½ inches long.  5 ¼ inches are insertable.  The Utopia has some girth to it, it has a diameter of 1 5/8  inches.  The rabbit that sits atop the shaft is a total of 3 inches long, his ears are 1 inch.  His nose sits ¾ of an inch from the shaft.  The rabbit portion has a diameter of 1 inch.  The rabbit portion is very flexible to reach different anatomies and he can even be bent to a 90 degree angle.

The Utopia runs on 3 AA batteries that fit into a harness style holder that completely comes out of the toy.  You unscrew the end cap and remove the harness making sure that the batteries are placed properly and then you reinsert the harness.  It can be quite finicky with the placement of the harness so I had to play with it to get it to work properly.  I also had issue with getting the twist cap to fit properly.

Three are three control buttons that light up when the toy is on.  The end button turns the toy on and off the middle button turns on the clitoral vibrations and the button closest to the shaft controls the shaft rotations.  To control the rotations you hit the button, there are three settings, slow,  medium and high.  When you hit the button a 4th time it turns the rotations off.

  For the clitoral vibrations you hit the middle button.  There are 3 basic vibrations that go from low, medium and high then you have patterns.  First pattern is a on and off with medium vibrations, 2nd is 3 pulsations and one longer pulse, 3rd pattern is steady longer  pulsations.  The rabbit ears really do shimmy back and forth when the vibrations are on.  There is no memory to the vibrations so when you turn it off you have to start back at the lowest settings.

The Utopia is super quiet.  This one can barely be heard with use and it definitely cannot be heard over the covers.  It is completely waterproof so you can take it in the shower with you.  I really don’t think that I would trust it’s submergibility, so I don’t take it into the bathtub.  The vibrations in the Utopia really aren’t the strongest and I found that when I turned on the rotation that the  clitoral motor slowed down.  I would say that rotations while stimulating weren’t the strongest either.

The Utopia cleans up easily with antibacterial soaps and water, toy sprays or wipes.  You can wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution but don’t put the motored toys into the dishwasher or boil them.

The Utopia is a big toy, I have a hard time fitting it into a gallon sized baggy for storage, it can be stored in the box that it came in but that too is really big.  I keep it away form my other toys so that the finish doesn’t get compromised.  I also only use water based lubes with my silicone's so that the finish doesn’t get ruined either.  You can do patch tests to see if it will interact with other types of lubes but I figure that I would rather be safe.

The Utopia comes in a large white box with a water stream on it.  There is some product information on the box.  Nothing special as far as packaging goes.

The Utopia just seems a little large as in overall length, to me and it doesn’t carry as much power as I would like to have.  The girth is great and the rotations are stimulating.  This just doesn’t seem to be the best fit for me but it is a great rabbit.  Very quiet and multiple settings and the ability to be taken to the shower.  I do love the rabbit ears with out the use of the rotating shaft.

I would rate this one a 3 out of 5 and I would say that if you are a beginner toy user that likes girth this may be the one for you!

This one may be small and it may be battery operated.  But I have to say that this one really works for me.

The butterfly is made primarily for solo use,  it is for vaginal use but since it is made from silicone you could use this one anally also. It’s wing span will prevent the toy from going missing if you use it anally and the antennae will work for perinea stimulation.  Depending on your anatomy you may be able to get some p-spot or g-spot stimulation also!

The butterfly and penis portion of the toy is made from silicone with a small amount of drag to it.  The silicone is completely nonporous, and hypoallergenic.  It is latex and phthalates free.  There is no taste or smell to this toy.  The silicone does collect lint and hair.    The Rider comes in both black and pink. There is a slight texture to the penis portion of the toy with head type of appearance to the tip of the penis.  The antennae are free moving and the wings do have textures on the external side of them.

The control is made from plastic and when you open the battery compartment there is a waterproof o ring that circles the entire opening. I did notice that there isn’t a seal where the cord goes into the controller.  The controller is  3 inches long and 2 inches wide.  The cord that connects the controller to the butterfly is 23 inches long.

The penis portion is 3 inches long with a diameter of 1 ¼ inches.  The wing span on the butterfly wings is 3 inches long and 2 ¾ inches across.  The antennae sit ½ inch off of the body of the butterfly.  The maximum thickness of the body of the butterfly is approximately 1 ¼ inches.  The wings are thickest at the body and taper outward to a thickness of approximately 1 /16th of an inch.  The wings do flutter on the outer sides with the vibrations are turned up.

The butterfly works with 2 AAA batteries.  The controller has two buttons, one to turn the toy on and the upper button to cycle through the levels.  There is an area of three lights that glow red when you are using the toy.  They light up corresponding to the level and pattern of vibrations.  When you turn the toy off  you have to restart your patterns.   This toy is very quiet, I would say that it could barely be heard over the covers and I have worn it around the house in my pants and no one says that they can hear it.  I would say that it’s vibrations are more rumbly than buzzy and I would say that they are pretty close to a 4 on the vroom scale.

 It has a total of 7 levels of vibrations.  1. Low. 2. Medium. 3. High. 4. A steady fast pulsation. 5.  An Escalating pattern. 6. A Higher pulsation.  7. Three pulses and steady repeatedly.  The vibrations can be felt prominently in the tip of the penis.  The wings flutter as well as the antennae.

The wild rider is easy to clean with a 10% bleach solution, toy sprays, antibacterial soaps and water, or your toy wipes.  If you use lube with the toy water based only as the silicone lubes can harm the finish on the toy.  It is easy to store in a plastic baggy or the disposable bag that it comes in.  Be sure to store away form other toys so the finish isn’t ruined by toys melding or bleeding colors.

The love rider wild butterfly comes in a white cal exotic’s box with product information on it and it comes wrapped in a white foam style bag.  There is nothing special about the packaging.

I have to say that if I were to design a sex toy for myself it would be very similar to this one.  There are a few things that I would change such as making the penis portion larger.  I love this toy.  I am able to insert it leaving the cord coming out the top of my pants and putting the controller in my pocket.  I can wear it while I sit at my computer and type.  I can fold my laundry or just sit in y bed.  I like to have the pressure with sitting to have the toy flush on my labia.

I would suggest this toy to all, from beginners to experienced toy users.  It teases and yes I can orgasm with it.  For the price this one is definitely a winner.

I would rate it 5 out of 5.  And I would purchase it again.

This is actually meant to be used for a man’s prostate massage.  My husband and I did use it for that but, I enjoyed using it too!    The  “bumps” are placed strategically for prostate excitement  and the upper bulge does sit right above the prostate  and the lower right underneath the prostate so with movement it hits and massages the prostate.  This toy does nothing for me for vaginal use but it is a great anal toy.  The prostate probe is  very comfortable for use for double penetration with intercourse.  It has a ring type handle that stops it from going missing and aids in manipulation of the toy.

The prostate probe is made from  pure silicone.  Silicone is  It is non porous, hypoallergenic, phthalates and latex free.  It is easy to clean.  It does have some drag to it so we used  a heavier water based lube for use. This silicone does collect lint and hair.  There are some very faint lines on the probe but they cannot be felt by the wearer.  It has no scent to it and I did not taste it.  It comes in black color only.  The silicone is safe to share between users when it is properly sterilized.

The prostate probe is 4 ½ inches long,  it’s greatest diameter is 1 ¼ inches.  The silicone is quite flexible but not so flexible that insertion was a problems.  The probe has a one inch round  pull handle that prevents it from going missing and  you can use the pull handle to pull the toy in and out to massage the prostate.  It has these little curly q’s coming off of the handle area for perineal external stimulation.

The silicone is easy to care for.  Since there is no motor the toy can be placed in the dishwasher, boiled, wiped down with a 10% bleach solution. You can use anti bacterial soaps and water, or  toy cleaners.   I  keep this toy away from my other silicone's so that they don’t meld together and hurt each other’s finishes.  Use only water based lubes with your silicone toys.

The prostate probe comes in a clam shell type package from California Exotic Novelties.  It is endorsed by Dr. Joel Kaplan and has his picture on the package.  The package states “ Pliable and Durable for prostate stimulation”.

I would definitely give the Prostate Probe a 5 out of 5 rating.  It is actually one of my favorite anal toys and I am a girl!
